Position Overview

Frontier Software hereby invites applications for the position of Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of visual materials in support of the Company’s corporate branding, marketing, and communication objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer shall, including but not limited to be required to:

  • Design and produce visual assets for digital and print media
  • Develop marketing and corporate communication materials, including presentations, brochures, website graphics, and social media content
  • Ensure all design outputs comply with Frontier Software’s corporate brand guidelines and standards
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and communications teams
  • Manage multiple assignments concurrently while meeting agreed deadlines
  • Review, update, and maintain existing visual materials to ensure consistency and quality

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated professional experience in graphic design or a related field
  • Proficiency in recognised graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
  • Sound knowledge of typography, layout, and visual design principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Submission of a portfolio evidencing relevant professional work

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within a software or technology-based organisation

  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing

  • Understanding of digital marketing practices

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of contemporary and best-practice organisational development and diversity management practices, systems and procedures.
  • Proven network of corporate & travel contacts and ability to build and develop strong relationships at an executive level
  • Knowledge of tactical scheduling, contingency and business continuity planning, airport operations and customer service standards, operational constraints affecting aircraft operations, allowable defects, flight crew duty limits, aircraft limitations (TOW, EZFW) and resultant payload, flight planning and fuel requirements.
